Fish oil, lion’s mane, creatine, magnesium (switching from threonate to glycinate; which type do you take?), vitamin D, resveratrol, CoQ10, lithium (OTC 5 mg), Orchex (organ meat and other animal products), psyllium husks. Sleep stack: melatonin (1 mg), apigenin, gaba, and an herbal mix with valerian, chamomile, dandelion, hops, skullcap, passion flower, and hawthorn.

oh wow! how did you learn what worked for you was it through trial and error? i took creatine post surgery really helped with my muscle atrophy! cos im a pro athlete im pretty limited on supplements as they have to be batch tested so i just have this one https://puresport.co/products/ultra-magnesium annoyingly cant get hold of melatonin in the UK tho but that sleep stack sounds great!

Yes, trial and error over many years. Have ADHD, so a lot of that is for neurohealth. I’m taking the creatine for cognition. The sleep stack is adapted from separate recommendations from Dr. Weil and Andrew Huberman.
