I have seen these "transitions" in OBS, where do you design them? Is this a video file with a transparent background?

answered this on the show but for anyone else- I make mine in after effects, but as long as you can export video to webm or mp4 with an alpha layer you should be good. I know people who made their stingers in capcut lol
