I’m also planning to do a huge spring clear out, physically and energetically! 

I’m about to be a “witch on a rampage”

I have two thoughts: 

- latent energy of spaces is real. We build neurological pathways from repeated experiences, so when you return to a space you fall back into the same pathway

- you can build new energy in a space with intentionality and ritual 

P.s. getting out of the house is good!! I struggle with this as well. My house has many ghosts. Some my own, some left by others. I'm trying to just make friends, but sometimes I just need a break!

if I try to get my work done in the basement, I get teary-eyed and start crying. I tend to be emotional and sad down there 

— then if I try to be in the living room, I get lazy and overly comfortable and I’ll I’ve wasted away days in the living room, just napping because I feel almost intoxicated when I gang out in there.

— the only place I feel safe from these energies is on the top floor, where I’m at now actually. But here on the top floor is where I have definitely encountered a man’s energy that feels like he’s just watching me.

It’s a whole lot of energies in this home that feel bizarre and I’ve lived here since Christmas of 2021

Sometimes—I don’t wanna call them shadow people because I don’t feel as horrified as that term seems to insinuate—I have seen shadows watching me or running away from my perception 

Nothing makes me scared for my safety. It’s all just they kind of feels like something’s watching me and it doesn’t really like me. It doesn’t hate me or want me to get hurt or anything, but it manipulates me emotionally or to lethargy
