5 years ago i was diagnosed with a form of pericarditis, a heart condition that caused intense chest pain with every breath and made any physical effort challenging - even walking from the sofa to the kitchen was difficult it took me two months to be able to go outside for a normal walk and four months to start exercising again. after two treatments and six months of recovery, i could finally start living a normal life again as someone who loves sports, that was one of the happiest moments for me and i always kept this in mind: "the things you take for granted, someone else is praying for" practicing sports is indeed a privilege. be grateful for what you have and what you're able to do today

mainly pills and slowly adding exercises regarding doses: it's six different pills every day for 3 months regarding recovery: whenever you feel okay walking, like normal breathing without any pain, you start with swimming, then move on to a max of 5kg weights at the gym. every week, there are new routines what happened to me is that i wasn't fully recovered after 3 months, so they had to prescribe stronger pills for another 3 months
