I really enjoy the process of Photogrammetry, using a set of photographs (in this case 150 of them) to stitch together a 3D model in software. This opens up very high-quality scanning to anyone with a camera and patience, and is an accessible alternative to prohibitively expensive 3D scanning hardware.

Brilliant... what are you using to stitch the photos into a model? I have no experience in 3d modelling so this question might be dumb 😊

Not a dumb Question! I use a software called "Metashape", which cost me $59 for an educational license. Other good tools include "Polycam" which has some free and paid features and works great on phones. There are also some open-source tools like "Meshroom" that can be used for free
