Yes, it’s been studied heavily and continues to show benefits. It can irritate the gut. I take 5g daily. I add to a liter or more water and drink through out the day.

There are a few loading protocols. I took the long route 5g / day for duration. Takes about 20 days to load. I didnt try the mega loading protocol: 20g / day for 5 days then switch to 5g / day.

Oh I didn’t know there were other ways to load than the 20g/day 🤓 I’ll look into it cause I’m 90% sure my digestive system cannot take 20gs! Thank you! 300 $degen
