just got clearance to put our little one in a jogging stroller (5.5 months) and was looking for advice!

- how to acclimate them
- how long to wait after a feed
- how to deal with heat for summer runs

i would’ve gone full send straight out the gates. will def do done smallish laps around my apartment vs an out and back

Yes! You can do it! I have the double bob and started when my twins were 6 months. I stay away from hills and time my run with their nap or bring snacks and toys. My boys have loved the stroller jogs and I’m sure your baby will too! 💕
