haha, yeah. we didn’t do enough mileage. didn’t crack 8 miles for a long run until 2016 when training for my first half. did my first 10k 2 years ago, but was able to go sub 40 for the first time this year during a marathon build

was 10k too long for you? given our similar mile PRs i imagine you'd have a similar or better time!
