i’m actually cool with egg whites that are set, but jiggly. i’ll take an onset egg any day 

too often though i see egg whites that are still translucent on a sunny side egg or in baked/poached egg dishes like shakshuka

people today don't have the pleasure of soft boiled eggs, a few kids died of salmonella and the cooking method basically went extinct (I don't dare feed them to my kid either)
