Thank you ! I am training with a coach. On leg days I do agility, short distance sprints and direction changes, as well as running backwards and sideways. On upper body days, I am doing jumps, starting with ankle jumps and working my way up to the knees, as well as fast jumps over rope. Will do more advanced soon
