How do other parents talk to their kids about Santa? We decided not to say for sure he exists/doesn’t, but instead just say “what do you think?” and encourage the kids to imagine possible ways he could exist or not. Curious how others approach this.

Until the kids can prove he doesn't exist he does. Just like the tooth fairy, the bogeyman, and mary poppins.
