should be able to request to join a channel + cast in that channel immediately and the cast only gets cast when you're approved. Also be able to deep link to cast composer with a channel invite embedded Current UX for what we're using /frames-devs for is pretty bad. We're linking from the @frames debugger "Ask a question" to wc cast composer with channel set to /frames-devs.

I think there are certain channels that should be community run and open to all, and this should be one of them. Where do I go if I have a question about how all of this works?
