maybe add in a time limit, one per hour

Due to heavy amounts of token deployments, tokenbot will only deploy 2 tokens for you over a 24-hour window. If @clanker isn't responding to you, chances are you have already deployed two tokens today. 

Remember: Clanker is programmed to deploy tokens

Hey! I just tested it and it appears to be picking up accurate amounts of tokens, I'll continue to monitor though. Thanks for letting me know of this! Much easier to monitor bugs with more eyes. There could've been a delay in my changes not being pushed quick enough for that actor to deploy a bunch
