Gmail to Outlook?! Biased but I’d suggest you try Superhuman. Have been a happy user for many years and the product has been rapidly improving over last 6-12 months.

i’ve used Superhuman! it was helpful in the “rapid-firing” types of emails but it didn’t really stick with me for more long form substantive correspondence
