The more I think about this if should only be a permissionless action, and nouns in Treasury should be available at a premium to a 30-day average of auction. The ability to choose your character should cost you more than the daily auction...

Congrats! tho personally feeling hesitant to use due to governance clutter. @coleperkins wen permissionless candidate prop (possibly disallowing swaps for sub-x id nouns programmable by dao)? I want a 🌹 🥲 candidate prop
