should we add a condition where a noun has to season for at least 6 months before it is able to join the fork? shouldn't really harm honest minority protection.

we're coordinating to accelerate spend with the burn etc but it's still taking some time. would be a shame for arbitrageurs to spam the auction for the next 3-6 months (since we don't get new dao members + we don't get true price discovery which is valuable).
