My hot take for the day. When I was going for my powerbadge I was replying to 1000 casts a day for a few weeks and posting 3-5 photos a day for 4 months straight. I am here to support people, but more and more it seems like people feel entitled to it without doing anything It’s never been easy to get one. Dont expect to be handed one without putting in the work. When was the last time you replied to 500 casts in a day across 10+ channels? If you want to be seen reply, it’s always been the secret to this platform yet it’s so easy nobody believes it.

There are people on here like @mikkolagerstedt and @bitfloorsghost.eth and many many more that put me to shame and hit 1500+ replies every day for weeks and weeks with no days off.

Well....at first it took 400 followers and that was it....that was right when I was starting....it was easier to farm it though. now it's tough but i like that it is content based and not something farmers cab just do. Agreed it takes time and work but....it also takes us with the batch to make sure we focus on those without who crate good content and are replying.

honestly even this level of volume is not necessary, but it does take consistency i was casting and replying every day for a month and a half before I got it most of the people I see complaining are either not even casting/replying daily or most of their casts are low effort / farming 100 $degen

Thanks for sharing Tmo! Replies literally are the secret key to FC indeed. I arrived here thanks for BFG so I knew to join /replyguys and get into replies. I received my PB on my 2nd Tuesday here (like 10 days on the platform) and have kept it since by being a replyguy. I try to remind people in the channel of that too, we can do our best to help, but it really does require some effort every day of the week to earn it, and likely even more required the next week to not fall victim when x% that week lose badges. I'd say this is an EXCELLENT take. I replied/reply until like 2am most nights. Made a home of /replyguys. The current system definitely has plenty of flaws, but that doesn't mean that the vast majority of badges didn't earn it. People message me like "can you give me a badge?" it's like...nope. you gotta earn it with back and neck pain like the rest of us. bc even if some cabal does find a way to hand it to you, you'll lose it the next week if you don't know how to maintain it. or for no reason at all bc the system is wonky. but its really tough now to get visibility for new accounts/no badges with all the priority algos. 200 $degen
