Is there any point in taking creatine if I never go to the gym? I usually do about 20-25 miles of hiking a week but never lift weights or anything like that.

Afaik there are mental benefits too, not just gains. Helps with brain clarity if I’m not mistaken

I would say yes. Hiking is lifting in a way. :) I believe there are quite a few benefits for taking creatine.

Yes! Creatine is great for recovery and energy. There have also been studies that show it helps with depression, which is super cool. Make sure to get creatine monohydrate. It’s funny you asked this, I was literally watching YouTube videos about this last night.
