do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

D, K (need for the D), been trying out Astaxanthin to see if it helps vision, lions mane and cordyceps mushrooms in my coffee plus all the others you have listed.
