Hey running guys, I need some advice. I’m not a runner. And recently had bronchitis. Before the bronchitis I was running around 3,5km. Now I cannot run not even 1km without being out of breath. There is a 5,5km run in mid September. Do you think I prepare for it and run? Or is it too tight and I need more time?

Start walking on the same route every day and use Strava to push yourself a little bit harder each time you go. After a few weeks you should be able to jog sections no problem then just keep pushing each day. You should see significant improvements in a month or less

That’s a good recommendation. I’ve never used astracã, but lots of friends do it. I’ll Download it. 20 $degen

It’s a really great way to track progress and help stay motivated (especially if you do the same route every day) and you can connect it up to /receipts if you want 😁

That’s true. Do you know if it works with Apple Watch? I have to check it.

I think I’ll find a route that is around 5km and then start walking and see how it develops.
