đź’€ My Most Hated Weekly Workout: 1. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 2. 30 push-ups 3. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 4. 20 pull-ups 5. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 6. 20 dips 7. Treadmill - 1/4 mile at 13.0mph 8. 150 mountain climbers ^ Zero breaks. I dread this one w my whole being but feel awesome after.

ngl that’s very intense i feel i won’t be able to move after the whole session, the fact that you don’t take breaks definitely makes it harder…. keep it up what’s 150 mountain climbers, never heard of it
