Learning is a lot like breathing. There are inhalations - you consume, expand, take in. Then there are exhalations - you clear out, reduce, empty. It’s interesting to ask ourselves from time to time what our breathing has been looking like: Have I only been trying to consume mountains of new ideas and facts? Have I only been looking for that one single principle that explains it all? Rhythm is everything.

I get that, i do...but I am a medical student and a lot is being thrown at us daily... It just feels like everyone is still trying to find their way even those up top so how do I copy the example of people still trying to find their way, I don't know if this would make sense to you. It just feels like a whole lot of inhaling. sorry, i am ranting already...
