Farcaster completely killed my Discord usage. I don't even have the app on my phone or desktop anymore. There are only two servers I miss and wish had active channels: @def and @orangedao cc @ccarella.eth

If you run a public-ish cryptonative Discord, consider moving it to a Farcaster channel.

If not yet, what's one feature that would get you to switch?

But one caveat : if many of channel's initial casts are bugs/tickets, it may spam the overall app feed. Which we don't want to do.

Have you thought about a "mute" function for channels?  Have you considered supporting the "Discord support" use case?
