Eh I mean I've seen it happen with coinbase a bunch Sometimes they eventually get their coins back once the platform supports X But always found it crazy that a company like CB would let users suffer for such a small issue that really wasn't a technical problem to solve Just send it back lol, it's custodial wallets ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
