While most view Threads as a Twitter competitor as social network, Elon is already well on way to transform Twitter to X - the everything app. Meta has a great chance tho, coz of the family of apps they have, to go head to head with X - the everything app.

Threads onboarding (if you have an Insta account) is awesome! Meta (facebook, Messenger, Insta, Threads) has great distribution and are a great family of apps so I'm confident they *could* be viable competition.

Ironically, all the “issues” with twitter make it even more popular and increases engagement….. even people who hate Elon and claimed to have left twitter always come back to tweet when there’s an issue. Twitter - love 2 hate it 🤷🏾
