I have a race this weekend. A relay in rolling hills and my segments are a total 10 miles. I want to hit it pretty good so taking it easy this week. To keep the legs fresh I break up my normal run of 8-10 miles of the day into two. Still get in the miles but less wear on the body. HR shows I was strolling
