yesterday i went to the sauna and cold bath for the first time in around a month, today i feel RADICALLY better than i did yesterday. i did 2 15 min sessions in the finnish dry sauna each followed by 3 min in the cold plunge after the second plunge i had an interesting experience, was just lying there soaking up the natural high when a ton of random childhood memories came flooding back. weird anyway, stiffness is gone, i feel energetic, yesterday i kinda wanted to curl up and die or something and today i feel like living lmao, so that's cool, i'll try to go more often again

i find it really easy after the first minute or so, once the breathing is controlled it's ok

no i just repeat affirmations in my head like “i am strong i am powerful i can do anything i am safe i am loved i am resilient” etc lol
