i want to start jotting down this new chapter in my life but i’m bad at starting stuff and always lose my journals 😭

you could do a digital journal? otherwise just make it a routine, i usually do it right before bed... gets me into a calm and sleepy state

i can scribble on my ipad or something, before bed sounds like a plan.

the journal app from apple is also not bad!
