I check it only when I’m mentioned (not often) or when I’m looking for a job. And I can’t spend a lot of time there it makes me so stressed.

But to answer your question, I think that really depends on what you need from LinkedIn. Some people really have to be on there a lot for their job. If you don't need it, delete it. Or at least, keep it hibernated so you don't lose your profile if you want to use it later.

I just took a few weeks break from it because I was getting spammed with fake accounts trying to connect. They all seem to "work for someone who is looking for people with your experience..." A lot of them must be using LLMs now though because the messages take a few extra seconds for me to figure out they're garbage.
