Taken a few days ago, one week postpartum: Oxytocin hitting. Newborn baby smells. Waking every couple hours (or less) to nurse. Discovering new things about me and him. A mama is reborn with every birth. I plan to share more here.

Hi gals! I am home! With the sweetest little baby. They discharged us on Monday and I am still recovering but starting to feel much better. What have I missed?? I feel so lost. 🤣Time to get back to my replies. Life is good!

Hey gals - sorry I haven’t been around. Unfortunately, my recovery hasn’t been that great. Just finished my second blood transfusion, and really hoping I’ll get to go home tomorrow! Good news: baby is doing well and is such a joy!!! Side note: Just a couple days of inactivity and my allowance is down to 98. 😭
