Hey friends. What’s your take on portfolio websites these days? Does a crypto artist need a good website or does a comprehensive linktree and a blog cover it? (And if you have a site—what did you use to build it? Are you happy with it?)

Hey! I like the idea of having my own space in the internet, that’s why I am working on my website, it’s going very very slow though

At very least a linktree. A full website is nice, but not necessary. Over 20+yrs creating art and 10+ years curating through past & present gallery @oshi a solid linktree type site is great with a little effort

I have a site (built with wix), I tinker away at it whenever I get the chance but mainly make sure I have an updated linktree

Its nice to have a minimal website I think. But - and I don’t like it but its true - its not something you really need. ( Nobody maintains a full portfolio with all work etc. )

I think a gallery type experience can be nice. I do like to see a bunch of artists work in one place. I did use squarespace but i think i'm just going to do linktree now but my stuff is varied to the point of confusion

I think they're a lot more important for artists who are working in the entertainment industry, fine artists, etc. There are so many ways to see the work of a cryptoartist through marketplaces and virtual galleries that I think a portfolio website becomes a lot less important.

i think as long as people can easily look at your work it doesn't really matter where it, is as long as it's organised somehow
