i'll go first! something that made me feel good this week was going on a few walks. i don't walk very much but after speaking with @chicbangs.eth about it last week i decided to give it ago, some with music some without. i felt like i had better mental clarity afterwards. something i neglected was eating a good lunch!!! sometimes im like why do i have no energy and can't think then remember i forgot to eat lunch. this is partly an adhd issue but i want to be better next week at planning some easy lunches that i can throw together so i can be fuelled properly!!

Underrated option: have the same breakfast & lunch everyday - Breakfast: Oatmeal w peanut butter and jelly - Lunch: Salad w mixed greens, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, carrots, mushrooms, quinoa, and (alternating meat & dressing). Dinner: skip or splurge w partner

this is actually helpful! i always have the same breakfast but not lunch! i know which foods i like and what meals give me energy but i overthink what to have each day this could make it for me easier to decide what to have stick to it and stay fueled. thanks for sharing ☺️
