I took a pop pilates class the other day thinking it was like yoga and more stretch based. I got exposed. My core is mush. It looks cut but functionally has no strength. Appreciate the vid. I'll be using these on a regular basis. How frequently do you add core workouts per week?

thankyou for sharing! yess pilates is so unassuming but really exposes those weaker areas and wow it can burn!! i do core 3 times a week post gym/training! i try to focus on both the lower core obliques as its so important for my jumping!
