Unironically what we've long been hoping for at /slowcore-hq. If there's anyone actually building it, we'd love to talk.

Isn't that what books, 1:1, or small group discussions that meetup on a recurring basis is for? Deepening our appreciation for life, seeing interconnections, and becoming more receptive doesn't lend itself well to a casino-like product that slow drips dopamine hits Imo, slow core doesn't work with a phone

On FC the small group discussions get quickly buried by algorithms and forgotten. We're all about moving slow and preserving things, so we're hoping for a discussion forum/FC client designed to suit the needs of us sloth people. We love long-form reads and slow thoughtful discussions that continue on for days or weeks or more.

If all you think phones are for is casino products then you are missing out, my friend. There's a whole deep, interconnected, receptive world right there at your fingertips. All you have to do is stop scrolling to find it! 😉

I’d wager to say that slow can work remarkably well with a phone if you’re devotedly intentional. sometimes group concepts need room to breath to fully express themselves. sometimes digital spaces are where we can interconnect. “slow drip dopamine hits” sounds like the right frequency for that. I like it.
