Could you share your high level approach to monthly programming? I only have two modes at the moment. Option 1: 4 weeks of progressive overloading with a 5th week in de-load Option 2: 4 weeks of tempo work with a 5th week in de-load Anything major that I'm missing?

Love starting on a “preparation phase- AKA high tempo work” Station with option 2 is great and then do an overload with high volume… then de-load. Try this out!
