I work out religiously and walk minimum 10,000 steps per day. I try to walk throughout my day too instead of all at once Generally eat healthy. Minimize processed foods (esp sugar). I refuse to give up bread so I make my own with flour from Italy Genetics prob play a really big role. My mom is insanely healthy so I was v healthy growing up

Yeah, walking consistently is so underrated I see so many ppl grunting and forcefully trying to lose weight & get fit, but they lack the discipline to maintain that effort over a long arch of time I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and you start to see who is actually making gains. It's never the loudest ones
