why care? I‘m asking myself who is interested in a conclusive answer to this question. As a builder, I don‘t care. I can also still build in 20 years, if it‘s interesting However, as an LP that I lock up my capital for a few years and expect reward, this question is important: because I want to generate a ROI.

It would be much more mainstream if the traditional finance institutions would not push back. Hard to be mainstream if your bank accounts keep getting closed for the last decade.
