The EU to drop massive fines on Meta, Google, Apple. The EU discovers that if you push too hard, others will start to push back. If you do not produce anything useful, you have little negotiation chips. dYdX's MegaVault has lost more than 50% of its TVL since the start of this year, the PnL being profitable.
