That's a hilarious take. We can't liquidate our streets and parks though, as individuals, to extract cash value back out... so I'd say it's beyond illiquid.

Just came back from travels and a variant of this was the 1st thing that came to mind driving from the airport. So much capital in Europe is tied up in quality infrastructure: roads, trains, lights, bridges, energy, internet, walkways, water etc. and distributed more equitably via public vs. private distribution models
