Dead Ringers by Dmitri Cherniak went pretty high, like ~17k mints - but it was still less than 1% of the available supply, he made it mintable to literally all available wallets on the network

I don’t know the answer, but I’d wager it’s probably some scam NFT pushed to every active Ethereum address out there

If your question is about those willingly minted by the recipient, I’d wager some game NFT like Axie etc

Would be cool to find out through chain analytics
