I think there’s value in retaining the separation, if only to make bug fixing easier 😄

Should we stop pretending the EL & CL layers fork independently?  Just give the forks one name and if some fork doesn't contain changes to one of the layers, so be it.

Token supply could include a snipe & a drop for devs who contributed to previous upgrades.

Set the launch to the block after each upgrade or when the name is finalized by the core devs vote.
