The crazy thing I thought about today is what if I failed (at humankind). Failed in the sense of unable to create a profitable self sustaining business.

To be honest I have been afraid to fail but that was just a feeling.  Tangibly thinking about actually failing - I think that would be phenomenal. I would learn so much. 

I don’t have plans to fail and the thought only crossed my mind today, almost 1.5 years into the company. The boyfriend always says to me “you win or you learn”. I have so much to look forward to!

As someone who has failed a lot in life, I can only say, failure is a gift. It redirects you from the bad to the good with tons of useful knowledge. 

That said, I don’t see Humankind failing. You are absolutely killing it and you’re making something that has good margins and loyal customers. Just make sure to budget. Death of many small businesses is cash flow management.
