the /farcaster channel is a bit of a mess. - all new warpcast users follow it - people keep posting in there because it guarantees engagement - that makes the channel followers home feeds low signal i'd like to enforce some norms to make it useful again. if you subscribe to it, what do you think they should be?

You can ultimately decide. I’ve always felt it was “anything Farcaster related” - questions/updates about protocol - conversation about protocol/ecosystem - Farcaster “the brand” ie any sort of fan art/user generated content related to FC/the arch/fc community/fc memes But you could narrow it via norms

The only risk, and I see this a lot with channels, is that people over police them trying to shape the culture, ignoring how much of culture comes from free-flowing ideas/memetics and fandom.
