ā€œThe biggest success after that terrible era in our history was to label Adolf Hitler as right and conservative. He was exactly the opposite. He wasn't a conservative. He wasn't a libertarian. He was a communist socialist guy. Full stop. No more comment on that. And we are exactly the opposite.ā€ Incredible

Thatā€™s such a hilarious argument that requires people to know absolutely nothing about Hitler, the nazis, or any of the events of WW2.

Hasnā€™t Musk himself quoted Niemollers famous ā€œfirst they came for the communistsā€¦ā€ speech? Does he know what itā€™s about and how it reflects the Naziā€™s purges of leftists to make way for fascism

I can't tell if Musk unironically considers himself as part the worker class or if he's just trolling.

There is no way. He is like Marc Andreeson and Peter Thiel. An old school aristocrat who believes some people should make all the decisions and use whatever means necessary to manipulate people into letting them do so. He talks a lot about authoritarianism as a bogeyman but he believes (and regularly states explicitly) that coercion and autocracy is an ideal method of accomplish goals.
