I’ve been wanting to try this crème brûlée from a local dairy farm near Lake Toya for years. But, it comes in a ballon to keep its shape so you need to be able to pop it and have something to put it in so when I stayed in a hotel, I couldn’t eat it! This time I booked an apartment for one night so that I could get it and try it! It came with “caramel crumbs” which were hard, crunchy pieces of caramel!

This looks super yummy, but I didn't find the verdict in the cast, is it worth staying one night for this 😆

Go for the fireworks and the hot springs. Stay an extra day to hike and eat this ;)
