Iโ€™ve been wanting to try this crรจme brรปlรฉe from a local dairy farm near Lake Toya for years. But, it comes in a ballon to keep its shape so you need to be able to pop it and have something to put it in so when I stayed in a hotel, I couldnโ€™t eat it! This time I booked an apartment for one night so that I could get it and try it! It came with โ€œcaramel crumbsโ€ which were hard, crunchy pieces of caramel!
