Taking inspo from @phil trying to hit 500 push-ups in one day. On day two and I'm so incredibly sore from not having worked my chest out in a month. It hurts so good trying to do push-ups when this sore. Definitely not hitting 500 today but we move on. At 220 and I don't think I'm physically capable of doing another.
