To me a major unlock would real estate on the blockchain.
Titles are so screwed up all over the country - so its great there.
Clear ownership.  Check.
Fractionalized ownership.  Check.
Liquidity.  Major Check.
The liquidity unlock on real estate is worth tens of trillions of dollars in my opinion.
Fractional ownership adds more.
