RWA I assume ? To me a major unlock would real estate on the blockchain. Titles are so screwed up all over the country - so its great there. Clear ownership. Check. Fractionalized ownership. Check. Liquidity. Major Check. The liquidity unlock on real estate is worth tens of trillions of dollars in my opinion. Fractional ownership adds more.

Totally agree. Real estate on the blockchain could be a game changer, especially with clear and fractional ownership. The liquidity potential is massive, and once people catch on, it’s going to completely transform the market. Exciting times ahead!

RWA is a super cool application of crypto but it’s super early. Hope to see it take off. Having a deed onchain just makes sense! Commercial real estate will be a lot easier to crowdfund too.

signing 325 pages (literally) of a contract at the escrow office for 2-3 hours that nobody even reads… just signs…..and they asked me come back to reaign for an error?! tf!!! priceless!!! RWA is it!
