today's quick cheap lunch was brought to me by a couple of last night's hangaku (half off) end of day specials, yakisoba noodles and a chicken, vegetable, & konnyaku mix on the side is this amazing oboro dofu with raw egg, green onions, and a dash of shoyu and ponzi sauce ( it's called melting tofu, so soft it feels like it melts in your mouth)

DUDE i've had oboro dofu before and always loved it, but i had never served this way before, a new fave for sure saw it as a suggested serving style on the tofu package and goddamn
